Ault Aviation Services, LLC was established in November of 2020 by an ambitious aircraft mechanic. Mitchell Ault has over 6 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance.  Mitchell went to school at MIAT in January of 2014 and finished the program in February of 2015.  A couple days later, he was hired by International Turbine Industries in Michigan where he repaired and overhauled turbine engines.  In June of 2017, Mitchell moved back to Ohio where he started working for Preferred Airparts in the DC-3 structures department. He primarily did sheet metal work but also gained experience in flight control removal/installation, flight control rigging, cable routing, wing removal/installation, engine removal/installation, engine rigging, hydraulics, and more in the refurbishment process.  Mitchell received his Airframe & Powerplant certification from the FAA in 2016. He pursued his Inspector’s Authorization in 2020 and worked with another IA for several months, doing annuals from a Cessna 150 to a Piper Mojave, before launching on his own. Mitchell strives for excellence, honesty and quality in everything that he does and while owning a business is new, his determination and desire to do his best far outweighs his youth. With his combined careful attention to detail, love for aviation and mechanical inclinations, Mitchell is a mechanic you can trust to get the job done right!
